Electronic Toll Collection
For convenience of regular commuter and for nonstop collection of user fee through any plaza, Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) facility is provided in dedicated lanes using On Board Unit (OBU). Regular car/LCV/Minibus user will be issued OBU monthly pass. A non interest bearing refundable Security Deposit of Rs 1000 will be payable for the OBU. Monthly pass charge will be payable for 30/60/90 day use. Payment is accepted by cash only for initial issue, at the POS in the Camp at Electronic City Junction/Attibele.

For the convenience of regular and frequent commuter of both Sections a Single OBU based monthly pass will be issued for nonstop passage through dedicated lanes in all plazas.

OBU issued for use in each Section shall be valid only in that Section.

OBU should be mounted on the inner side of the wind shield of the driver. As the vehicle passes towards the dedicated lane, the OBU will be read by the overhead Transducer and if valid, the exit barrier will automatically open allowing nonstop passage.

OBU is vehicle specific and not valid for use for any other vehicle. Unauthorized use by another vehicle will result in blocking and invalidation of OBU and levy of full trip fare by cash.

A refundable, interest free, security deposit of Rs 1000 will be payable for the OBU at the time of issue.

On return of the OBU in serviceable condition, this security deposit shall be refunded to the registered owner by account payee cheque couriered to his/her registered address. In the event of loss or damage to OBU the refundable security deposit shall be forfeited.

OBU can be recharged for 30/60/90 days by cash/credit card/debit card payment at thePOS in respective Camp.

Smart Card
For convenience of regular two wheeler commuter, provision has been made for cashless user fee payment through dedicated two wheeler lane in each Elevated Road plaza by Smart Card (SC). Regular two wheeler user will be issued S C monthly pass for 30/60/90 days. A non interest bearing refundable Security Deposit of Rs 100 is payable for the SC. Payment Security Deposit and pass fee for 30/60/90 days by cash only for initial issue can be made at the POS in the Camp.

For the convenience of regular and frequent commuters other than OBU users, provision has been made for SC for use as monthly pass on identical terms as for two wheeler users.

The SC has to read by the Card Reader and will be authenticated at the lane by the Lane Controller. On validation by the Card Reader, if valid, the exit barrier will be opened allowing passage.

Non refundable one time administrative charge of Rs 50 shall be levied for issue of SC.

SC can be recharged for 30/60/90 days by cash/credit/debit card payment at POS in Camp.

SC is vehicle specific and not valid for use for any other vehicle. Unauthorized use by another vehicle will result in blockage and invalidation of the SC and levy of full trip fare by cash.

Cash
Facility is provided at all plazas for passage through Cash/SC lane after payment of trip fare in cash against a Receipt.
