BETPL’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy, reflects its ongoing commitment to sound business practices to create value both for Company and community, around its area of operations.

The CSR Policy and programs move away from one time philanthropic activities towards long term projects which, are in alignment with the guidelines set forth in section 135 & Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013.

• Manager Route Operations and PRO conducted the Safety Week Activities and appealed public and commuters to be cautious and drive/ride cautiously and bring down the accidents.
• Road Safety Awareness programs were conducted among general public, road users and drivers.
• Pamphlets and leaflets were distributed educating people about the road safety and traffic rules.
• Conducted free eye check-up camp for drivers and road users.
• Environment related activities like awareness on Noise, Air pollution programme were conducted.
