Bangalore Elevated Toll way Limited (BETL) the Special Purpose Vehicle formed by the Consortium has built the Elevated Toll way, Ground Level Roads, and other facilities of between Silk Board Junction and Electronic City Junction called Elevated Road.

NHAI has widened and improved the existing 4 lane divided carriage way NH 7 Stretch from Electronic City Junction to Karnataka-Tamil Nadu interstate Border to 6 lane divided carriageway road with two lane service road and other facilities and handed over to BETL.

BETL will operate and maintain Elevated Road and At Grade Roads and collect notified user fees during the Operations and Maintenance period of 18 years.
